Registration Dates & Format
Registration will be conducted from January 3 to April 30, 2011 by internet or by mail. After April 30, registration will be accepted on-site only.
Registration Fees
Late registration will begin on April 1, 2011. There will be a special raffle for all participants registering by April 1, 2011. Thanks to our sponsors, we are able to offer discounted workshop registration fees.
Registration $75.00
Student Registration $50.00
Late Registration (after April 1) $100.00
Additional Banquet Tickets $20.00 each
Full Registration Includes:
- All workshop sessions
- Sunday evening ice breaker/social
- Monday evening social
- Tuesday evening Banquet Dinner (North Carolina BBQ)
- 1 copy of published proceedings
Lodging costs includes meals during the conference.

- Full payment for the room will occur when you check-in at Kanuga in May.
- You will only be paying a $5.00 per night deposit below. A deposit is required that will be charged to your credit card. Upon check-in at Kanuga, you will receive your deposit back.
- Once you click "Add to Cart" you will be able to indicate the number of nights you are staying in the 'Quantity' box (i.e. put in 3 if you are staying all 3 nights of the workshop).
